Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it
Have all original tags and packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Sale items marked “final sale”
Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please fill out our return form. The form will require you to fill in your name, email, order number, reason for return and photo for quality control.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or a store credit
Please allow at least 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@slopeset.com with a photo within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order. We will provide a code for free shipping on the new order.
