Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.
Note: During peak times, holidays, weekends or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently offer a mix of standard and express shipping methods as indicated below.
Shipping options include:
Standard Shipping – Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping – Calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping – Available on orders over $250 (U.S. only)
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Standard/Ground Shipping: 1–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.
If you haven't received your tracking email within the shipping method/window selected (including 1-5 business days of processing), please reach out to us at hello@slopeset.com.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at your cost).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven't received it:
Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.
Contact the shipping provider with the tracking number.
If still missing, contact us within 7 business days at hello@slopeset.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
